He accepted Christ at an early age. He was a faithful member of New Hope Baptist Church, Sylacauga, AL.

Mr. Foster departed his life on October 12, 2018 at Coosa Valley Medical Center, Sylacauga, AL.

He leaves to cherish his memories a loving wife, Willie Bell Foster of Sylacauga, AL; loving mother, Mable Chambliss of New York; sisters, Glenda (John) Jackson of Sylacauga, AL; Barbara (Milton) Jacobs of Birmingham, AL; brothers, Richard (Elaine) Oden of New York; Gregory (Michele) Foster of Sylacauga, AL; Lynn (Margaret) Foster of Sylacauga, AL; Rayfield (Anita) Foster, of Sylacauga, AL; and Ronnie (Sharon) Foster of Katy, TX; caregiver, Otis Pearson; and a host of sister in laws, brother in laws, nephews, nieces, other relatives and friends.
