Mrs. Emogene (Emma) Dill Roston was born on October 8, 1933 in Munford, Alabama. To the parentage of the late Isaiah Dill and the late Lula Bell McMillian Dill.
Mrs. Emma was the sister of eleven siblings and was preceded in death by her sisters, Iola Dill, Louise Coleman, brothers, Eugene Hardy, Roosevelt McMillian, Friendly McMillian, Kindly McMillian, and Lettie McMillian, nephew, Jerome Anthony Lee, niece, Debra Denise Lee, great niece, Tameka Elaine Lee, Great nephew, Quintavius Lee, a special friend, William Adams (Spiderman).
Mrs. Emma attended Elementary and Middle School in McCannsville, located in Talladega, AL.
Mrs. Emogene (Emma) Roston was united in Holy Matrimony to the late Jabo Roston of Childersburg, AL.
She confessed Christ at an early age in life and united with Enon Baptist Church, Childersburg, AL. She spent her most of her time with her family, friends, and niegbors. She loved watching TV and listing to the radio while cleaning up and cooking.
On Tuesday, December 3, 2019 Mrs. Emma, departed this walk of life at her residence in Talladega, AL.
She leaves to cherish her memories, two sisters, Frances Hardy of Atlanta, GA; and Joyce (Rufus) Pope of Talladega, AL; one brother, Joseph Hardy of Hoover, AL; numerous, nieces, nephews, and a host of other relatives and friends.
