Grover Lee Lindsey

Collins, MS - Mr. Grover Lee Lindsey was born October 31, 1953 to the late James Sr. and Luma Lindsey.

He was a member of the Old Hopewell Missionary Baptist Church, Collins, MS.  Later in life he relocated and joined Roseline Baptist Church, Millerville, AL.

He was preceded in death by his parents, two brothers, two kids, Christy Hanes and Grover Lee Lindsey, Jr., one brother in law, Robert Brown, Jr..

Mr. Grover departed this walk of life on March 31, 2018 at Brookwood Health Care, Talladega, AL.

He leaves to cherish his memoires a loving wife of twenty nine years, Bernice Lindsey; one daughter, Carolyn (Henry) McNeil; two sons, Johnaton Silmon, and Stansky (Sharon) Simmons; six grandchildren, one great grandchild; seven brothers, Willie Lindsey Sr., Frank (Kim) Lindsey, Archie Lindsey, Jim (Diane) Solomon and Howard Lindsey all of Collins, MS; George (Catherine) Lindsey of Detroit, MI; two sisters, Eliza Brown of Collins, MS; and Mattie (Walter Sr.) Prince of Mt. Olive, MS; and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
