Ida Dee Griffin

Ms. Ida Dee Griffin was born on December 28, 1927 to the late Ellis Griffin.

She accepted Christ at an early age.  She was a member of Mount Zion Baptist Church, Sylacauga, Alabama.

She was preceded in death by her parents, one daughter, Brenda Joyce Griffin Walton and a son Richard Griffin.

Ms. Ida Dee Griffin departed her life on September 24, 2018 at Coosa Valley Medical Center, Sylacauga, Alabama.

She leaves to cherish her memories one son, Alvin Griffin of Birmingham, Alabama; one daughter, Sylvia Griffin of Tennessee; seven grandchildren, two great-grandchildren; one brother, Willie (Cora) Green of Talladega, AL; one sister, Sarah Lee Bell, of Ohio; one God-son, Greg Harris and one God-granddaughter, Raymayia Moore; and a host of other relatives and friends.
