Jim C. Norwood, Jr.

Harpersville, AL - Mr. Jim C. Norwood, Jr. was born July 13, 1975 in Pell City, Alabama to the union of Jim C. Norwood, Sr. and Nancy Norwood.

Mr. Norwood received his high school diploma in 1993 from Vincent High School.  He was formally employed at Shelby Medical Center, Alabaster, Alabama as a medical assistant, lab assistant and operating room technician.  Jim served his country, in the United States Air Force, until his discharge due to health reasons.  After his departure from the Air Force, he began working as an apprentice Electrician.  Jim was employed at Occupational Safety and Health Association (OSHA) until his death. 

He departed this walk of life on June 2, 2018 in Hoover, Alabama.

He leaves to cherish his memories two sons, Andrew Jamal Norwood and Ladrel Donte Norwood; a loving mother, Mrs. Nancy C. Norwood; a caring and supportive father, Mr. Jim Norwood, Sr.; one brother, Kevin (Monica) Norwood; two nieces, Zya Rose and Zoria Lynn; loving grandmother, Parlee Norwood and a host of other relatives and friends.
