Mrs. Crease answered the masters call on Saturday, September 8, 2018 at Grandview Medical Center, Birmingham, Alabama.

She was preceded in death by her parents; children's father Thomas James Simmons; one grandson, Delreco S. Simmons; three brothers, William, John Calvin, and Ray; one sister Louise;  special friend, Fannie Lura Harris.

She leaves to cherish her memories a loving husband, Otis Crease; eight children, Glenda (James) Wycoff of Lineville, AL; Ronnie (Patricia) Simmons of Lineville, AL; Sandra (Jimmie) McCain, Brenda Simmons of Goodwater, AL; Pat (Robert) Ware of Ashland, AL; Steve (Angelia) Simmons of Goodwater, AL; William Simmons of Sylacauga, AL; Erica McKinney of Millerville, AL; sisters, Emma L. Odem of Ashland, AL; and Linda (James) Dixon of Mt. Olive, AL; brothers, Harvey L. Odem of Goodwater, AL; Jerry (Felita) Oliver of Millerville, AL; two step-sisters, JoCatherine (John) Simmons of Goodwater, AL; Bessie Kelley of Mt. Olive, AL; two step-brothers, Morris McKinney and Lawerence Oliver both of Mt. Olive, AL; one God-daughter, Carolyn Wood of Millerville, AL;seventeen grandchildren, twenty-four great grandchildren, three great -great grandchildren,  four aunts, five sister in laws, four brother in laws, and a host of nieces, nephews, and other relatives and friends.
