Annie McGhee

Annie L. McGhee was born on March 3, 1984 in Sylacauga, Alabama, to the parents of Tal McGhee, Sr. and Rose Mary McGhee.  She accepted Christ as her Lord and Savior at an early age. 

Ms. McGhee received her formal education in the Sylacauga City School System.  She began her working career in fast food recently after completing school.  And was employed with Jack’s Family Restaurant and McDonald’s. 

Ms. McGhee departed this walk of life on May 28, 2023 at Coosa Valley Medical Center, Sylacauga, Alabama.  She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Joe A. Threatt, and Johnny (Annie) King, sister, Swazette M. Threatt, aunt, Mary E. Coleman, uncle, Jewell McGhee, Durward McGhee, and Sam B. Sledge.

Her love will forever be cherished by her loving children, Christopher Pierre Johnson, II, Kameron Winston Rawls, and Armani Kyasi McGhee all of Sylacauga, AL;  loving parents, Tal (Myra) McGhee, Sr. and Rose Mary McGhee all of Sylacauga, AL; loving siblings, Juan Wells, Felicia Wells, Tal (Kara) McGhee, Jr., DeMarsha (Daryl) McGhee, Sidra McGhee and Telannia McGhee all of Sylacauga, AL; grandmother, Rema Williams of Albany, NY; and a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
