Braxton Levelle Mack, Jr., affectionately known as "BJ" and "Taz," was born on June 8, 2006, at Sylacauga Hospital in Sylacauga, Alabama. From the beginning, Braxton was a bright light to all who knew him, known for his vibrant personality, kind heart, and deep love for family.
Braxton received his early education at Indian Valley Elementary School in Sylacauga, Alabama, and later attended Campbell High School in Atlanta, Georgia, where he continued to grow into a remarkable young man.
At a young age, Braxton accepted Jesus Christ as his Lord and Savior and became a faithful member of Power of Pentecost Ministries under the leadership of Apostle Marshall Thomas. His faith was an important part of his life and a guiding force in his journey.
Braxton was preceded in death by his grandparents, Rosebud Hall, JD Garrett, Elouise Calhoun Garrett, and Eli Hill; uncle, Jeffrey Calhoun; aunts, Tracy Mack and Michelle Reid; and his beloved cousin, Breanna Mack.
He leaves to cherish his memories, his loving parents, Bro. Braxton L. Mack, Sr. of Atlanta, GA, and Ella J. Mack of Sylacauga, AL; his devoted sister, Makyia Mack of Sylacauga, AL; and his grandmother, Francine Mack of Sylacauga, AL. Braxton is also survived by a host of uncles, aunts, cousins, other relatives, and dear friends who will forever carry his memory in their hearts.
Though his time on Earth was brief, Braxton's life was filled with love, purpose, and the light of God's grace. His presence will be deeply missed but forever remembered by all who were blessed to know him.
