Catherine Irene Riddlehoover

Sylacauga, Alabama - Mrs. Catherine Irene Riddlehoover born on June 21, 1964, in Springfield, Illinois, to the parents of Garris Wall and Sally Inyart Gable, passed away on February 22, 2024, under the care of Brookwood Medical Center, Birmingham, Alabama.

Mrs. Riddlehoover received Christ as her Lord and savior at an early age in life.  She united her faith with First Freewill Baptist Church, Sylacauga, Alabama. She was faithful and dedicated to the ministry.

Along Mrs. Riddlehoover life’s journey, she met the love of her life, Mr. Jon Paul Riddlehoover, Sr. and they united in Holy Matrimony.  Their life together was a shining example of love and respect. They shared their life through traveling and attending church services.

Mrs. Riddlehoover worked in the Food Industry and loved her family.

In heaven, Mrs. Riddlehoover will join her parents, Sally Gable, and Garris Wall, her loving stepfather who was a big part of her life, John T. Gable, nephew, David Johnson.

Mrs. Riddlehoover’s love will forever be cherished by her loving and devoted husband, Jon Paul Riddlehoover, Sr. of Sylacauga, AL; son, Jon Paul (Julie) Riddlehoover, Jr. of Sylacauga, AL; daughter, Amanda Riddlehoover of Sylacauga, AL; two sisters, Pam Johnson and Tina (Tommy) Wall both of Sylacauga, AL; and a host of other relatives, church family and friends.

Celebration of life for Catherine Irene Riddlehoover, age 59, will be held on Wednesday, February 28, 2024, at 2:00PM at First Freewill Baptist Church, Sylacauga, Alabama. Pastor Wayne McDaniel and Mike Dankson, officiating.  Interment will commence in Tallasahatchie Cemetery, Alpine, Alabama.  Public Viewing will be held one hour prior to service at First Freewill Baptist Church.
