Mr. Cedric Ledale Richardson was the beloved son of Donnie Richardson and Zabralara Norris McGhee born on June 8, 1978, in Talladega, County, Alabama.
At a young age he united his faith with Mt. Olive Baptist Church, Goodwater, Alabama. Where he sung in the youth choir and was a faithful member during his youth.
Cedric received his education in the Coosa County School System. He was employed with Avondale Mills Inc. where he had a joy of working under the supervisor Mrs. Showers. He later became an employee with Robinson Iron Corporation in Alexander City, Alabama and Madix Warehouse in Goodwater, Alabama.
Cedric life was full of joy and laughter. His favorite phase of saying was “what’s up” and “I’m just checking on you” to family and friends. Cedric enjoyed walking to convenience stores, greeting store clerks and customers with a warm smile.
After 45 blessed years, Cedric entered into eternal rest on April 15, 2024. He was welcomed to his Heavenly home by his grandparents, Rev. G.B. Norris, Pauline B. Norris, Laura Richardson, and Grover Richardson, stepfather, Eugene McGhee, two uncles, Grover Richardson, Jr., and Ronnie Richardson.
His love will forever be cherished by his loving and caring mother, Zabralara McGhee; loving father, Donnie Richardson; one sister, Marsala (Cedric) Mitchell; one brother, Tyrone Parker; two nieces, Charleycia (Jeffery) Jones, and Anaeja Mitchell; two nephews, Cedarious Thomas and Joshua Mitchell; stepbrother, Mark (Carla) McGhee; and a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, other relatives and friends.
