Clyde A. Fuller Obituary

Clyde Avery Fuller was the 10th child born to the late Claude Allie Bo Fuller and the late Mattie Moon Fuller, on May 3, 1950, in Talladega County, Alabama.  Clyde, went home to be with the Lord on August 6th, 2022 under the care of Sylacauga Health & Rehab Center, Sylacauga, Alabama.  He was preceded in death by two sisters, Louise Strong and Ethelene Patton, five brothers, Nolan Fuller, James Fuller, Claude Fuller, Jr., Eugene Fuller, and Joseph Fuller. 

At an early age, Clyde, united with Harper Springs Missionary Baptist Church, Sylacauga, Alabama and remained a faithful member until his health declined.  Clyde, graduated from R. R. Moton High School with the class of 1968.  While attended school Clyde, was a part of the marching band and played the piano.  Mr. Fuller furthered his education and attended Nunnley Trade School, earning his degree in Brick Masonry.  After graduation, Clyde moved to Detroit and later to Denver.  While in Denver, Clyde began his career as a brick mason. 

Along Clyde’s life journey he met and united in Holy Matrimony to Toni Jordan and to this union two children were born.  Clyde later moved back to Sylacauga, Alabama and continued his career as a brick mason.  He loved sports and playing cards with family and friends.

Clyde’s memories will be cherished by his son, Neil Avery Fuller of Hennessey, OK; three daughters, Zonada (Ray) Fuller of Dallas, TX, Averiette Fuller of Denver, CO, and Alyssa Morris of Sylacauga, AL; three grandchildren, Emerald Armstrong, and Raylynn Armstrong both of Dallas, TX, and Carson Fuller of Denver, CO; three sisters, Johnnie Mae Goodgame of Sylacauga, AL, Juanita Fuller Scott and Brenda Wyteria (George) Wilson of Villa Rica, GA; one brother, Fred Wilson of Anniston, AL; one sister in law, Lillie Fuller of Aurora, CO; and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

Clyde was blessed with an extended family, Laura (Aunt Jannie) Goodgame of Sylacauga, AL, Van Buren Community, Coosa Valley Hospice Staff and Sylacauga Health and Rehab Nursing Home Staff.
