On March 3rd, 1988, Mr. Davadney Sanchez Lauderdale began his earthly journey to the parents of Fredrick Wallace, Jr. and Monica Lauderdale in Sylacauga, Alabama. Davadney was affectionately known as Pookie by family and friends.
At an early age Mr. Lauderdale accepted Christ as his Lord and Savior and united with Mt. Zion Missionary Baptist Church, Sylacauga, Alabama. He received his formal education in the Sylacauga City School System and graduated from Sylacauga High School.
Mr. Lauderdale began his work career and became a dedicated employee with Nemak Manufacturer in Sylacauga, Alabama and later employed with Velcon Filters, LLC in Sylacauga, Alabama.
Mr. Lauderdale, a loving father, son, brother, grandson, and nephew departed this walk of life on February 6th, 2023, under the care of UAB Medical Center, Birmingham, Alabama, reuniting with his father, Fred E. Wallace, Jr., grandparents, Annette K. Lauderdale, Billie Kirkland, Annie Mae Wallace, and Fred E. Wallace, Sr. uncle, Jerry Wallace,
His love will forever be cherished by his children, Zykira Marbury, R’Keelon Keith, and Davadney Lauderdale, Jr.; loving mother, Monica Lauderdale; significant other, Peaches Fuller; aunt/mother, Eloise Lauderdale; sister, Patient (LaBrodrick) Smith; brother, DeMarcus Lauderdale; eight sisters and five brothers on his father side; three grandchildren; uncles, Edward Wallace, and Edgar Wallace; aunts, Iris Kirkland, Lucretia Kirkland, Vickie Kirkland, Camella (Chris) Hill, Monquie Swain, Donna Hall, Tina Young, Gwendolyn Jackson, Dorothy Noell, Bonnie Carter, and Elzetta Wallace; and a host of other relatives and friends.
