Mr. DeAndre Jamal Stone, affectionately known as Bubba, was born November 6, 1997, at Coosa Valley Medical Center in Sylacauga, Alabama.
DeAndre grew up with a curious mind and a kind heart, traits that remained constant throughout his life. He grew up with a wrench in one hand and a screwdriver in the other. At an early age, he was captivated by how things worked—cars, sound systems—and spent countless hours tinkering, building, fixing, and learning. What started as a childhood curiosity grew into a true passion for auto mechanics and ATV mechanics. In his leisure time, DeAndre loved riding his 4-wheeler. Whether he was under the hood of a car, helping a friend, or putting together a sound system, DeAndre gave his time and energy generously. He was the guy you called when your engine made a weird noise—or when you just needed someone to sit with you in comfortable silence.
After a life spent tuning engines and helping others get back on the road, DeAndre closed shop on June 8, 2025. Although the hood is down and the keys are out of the ignition—his memory will forever run in the lives he touched.
He leaves to cherish his memory: his loving mother, Carletta Nicole Huntley of Sylacauga, AL; father, Adrian Stone of Florida; Grandparents, Anita Huntley of Sylacauga, AL; James Huntley of Sylacauga, AL; Cathy Lauderdale of Sylacauga, AL; Larry (Ann) Stone of Talladega, AL; sisters, DeAnnah McMillan; Mylee Bardwell; TeAdria Stone all of Sylacauga, AL; brothers, Revish Bardwell; TeDarius Stone; Gavin Norris; and Ayden Carson all of Sylacauga, AL; two nieces, Cassidy Stamps and Cylee Stamps, Special friends, Barry Darby Jr., James Pearson, Anthony Woods, Daniel Smoot, and Darnell Smoot all of Sylacauga, AL; and a host of loving aunts, uncles, cousins, friends, and extended family.
