Deondra Michelle McMillian

Deondra Michelle McMillian began her earthly journey on October 7, 1991 in Birmingham, Alabama to the parents of Ivory Hayes and Nadine McMillian.  Deondra departed her walk of life on August 15, 2023 in Birmingham, Alabama.  She was preceded in death by her grandmothers, Charlotte Smith and Bernice Hayes, grandfathers, Marion Smith and Willie Hayes, great grandmother, Lucille McMillian, great grandfather, Charlie McMillian, aunt, Cathy Smith and special uncle, Frank McMillian.

Deondra was educated in the Jefferson County School system and attended Inglenook and Woodlawn High School, in Birmingham, Alabama. 

At an early age Deondra accepted Christ as her Lord and Savior.  She was a loving, kind, spirited person who loved people and especially children.  She never met a stranger and she loved her family.  Had a heart of Gold.

Deondra’s love will forever be remembered by her children, Javaris McMillian, Denija Stewart, Lariah McMillian, and Madison Clay all of Birmingham, AL; mother, Nadine McMillian of Birmingham, AL; father, Ivory Hayes of Birmingham, AL; brother, Ivory McMillian of Talladega, AL; sisters, Shawnquessia McMillian of Talladega, AL, and Shirley Williams of Birmingham, AL; and a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
