Eloise Peterson

Ms. Eloise Peterson earthly journey began on April 24, 1936 to the union of Walter Peterson, Sr. and Lessie Johnson Peterson.

Ms. Peterson accepted Christ as her Lord and Savior, at an early age of 12 years old, and united with Mt. Zion Baptist Church under the leadership of Pastor Steele.  Later she united with Coosa Valley Baptist Church under the leadership of Pastor W. J. Posey.  She later received God’s precious Holy Ghost. 

Along Ms. Peterson’s life’s journey she loved singing and playing music.  She loved digging, planting flowers, and planting a garden. 

Ms. Peterson departed this walk of life on September 19, 2021 at her residence, surrounded by her family.  She was preceded in death by her parents, Walter Peterson, Sr. and Lessie Johnson Peterson.

Her love will be cherish by her loving siblings, Bridget Keller, Joyce Dickson, Dorothy Peterson, Linda Peterson, Terry Peterson, and Mitchell Peterson; and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
