Mrs. Ida Lee Holley Wilson was born on June 6, 1936 to the parentage of the late George Holley and the late Mae Emma Corbin Holley.
Mrs. Wilson accepted Christ at an early age and attended St. Thomas Methodist Church faithfully and remained a member until her death.
Mrs. Ida L. Holley united in Holy Matrimony to W.T. Wilson, February of 1953. To this union five children were born.
She was employed at Avondale Mills in Sycamore, AL where she later retired.
On May 23, 2020 Ida departed this walk of life at her residence in Sylacauga, AL.
She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, W.T. Wilson, one brother, Ulass Edmond Holley, son, Alfred J. Wilson, grandmother, Era Traylor, and one grandson, Anthony T. Wilson.
She leaves to cherish her memories, one loving son, Wilbur (Gloria) Wilson of Sylacauga, AL; three daughters, Veronica Oden, Rita Huntley both of Sylacauga, AL; and Vanessa Waddell of Rome, GA; nine grandchildren, seventeen great grandchildren, one nephew, Byron Holley and a host of nieces, cousins, other relatives and friends.
