Mr. Jerome Davis, age 68, was born on May 16, 1957, in Talladega, Alabama. He received his education through Job Corps and later enjoyed a fulfilling career with Madix, from which he retired.
Jerome was a man of strength, discipline, and determination. He loved the sport of boxing and proudly earned a Golden Gloves award — a reflection of both his talent and fighting spirit.
On October 30, 2025, Jerome peacefully departed this walk of life at Coosa Valley Medical Center. He was preceded in death by his mother, Easter Davis, and his great-grandson, Za’Kari Fulton.
He leaves to cherish his memory: four children, Jerome Davis, Jr. of Indianapolis, IN; Edmund (Amanda) Davis of Winston-Salem, NC; Tatanisha Davis of Asheville, NC; and a daughter in Coco, FL; one brother, Wayne Davis; six grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; his loving special friend, Ethel Frozina Chambliss of Sylacauga, AL; and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
Jerome will be remembered for his resilient spirit, the love he shared with his family, and the many lives he touched along the way.
