Jerry Lee

Mr. Jerry Lee was born on November 21, 1961 to the parentage of the late Archie and Jannie Lee in Talladega County, Alabama.  He gained his Heavenly wings on October 7, 2024 at Coosa Valley Medical Center in Sylacauga, Alabama.

Jerry had a love for Jesus Christ and his faith in God was unwavering. He united his faith with Mount Olive Missionary Baptist Church, Childersburg, Alabama. Jerry was a graduate with the class of 1981 at Childersburg High School, where he was active in sports.  After receiving his education, Jerry lived life to the fullest.

With much dedication and hard work, Jerry was very skillful in carpentry and worked as a freelance carpenter, and auto mechanic in various cities.

Jerry was preceded in death by his parents, Archie Lee, Sr., and Jannie Lee, and one brother, Sherry Morris.  His love will forever be cherished by a loving special friend, Gloria Jones of Talladega, AL; two brothers, Rev. Archie (Gwendolyn) Lee II, of Childersburg, AL, and Willie (Lynn) Lee of Childersburg, AL; four sisters, Mary (McCerry) Swain of Talladega, AL, Elizabeth Lee of Sylacauga, AL, Felica Lee of Childersburg, AL, and Cassandra Lee of Oxford, AL; two aunts, Ella Sue Hunter of Childersburg, AL, and Martha Lee of Detroit, MI; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
