Larry Donald (Six Toe) Brookins

Larry Donald Brookins' earthly journey began on May 15th, 1955, to the parents of Jimmy K. Brookins and Raycene Rogers Brookins in Sylacauga, Alabama.  Larry accepted Christ as his Lord and Savior at an early age and united with Rising Star Baptist Church, Sylacauga, Alabama. 

Larry received his formal education in the Sylacauga City School System and graduated from East Highland High School.  Larry was affectionately known as Six Toe by family and friends. 

Larry departed this walk of life on December 3rd, 2022, in Sylacauga, Alabama.  He was preceded in death by his mother, Raycene R. Brookins, father, Jimmy K. Brookins, sisters, Janice Brookins, and Vennassa Brookins Wilson, two brothers, Brady Brookins, and Harold Brookins.

Larry’s love will forever be cherished by his siblings, Tony Rogers of Anniston, AL, Bishop Donnie (Felicia) Brookins of Alexander City, AL, Johnny (Cheryl) Brookins of Portland, OR, Barbara Brookins of Childersburg, AL, and a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and other relatives and friends.
