Lillie Mae (Cook) Harvey

Mrs. Lillie Mae Cook- Harvey was born on July 21, 1930 in Alpine, Alabama to the parentage of the late John Cook and the late Velma Jackson Cook. 

On Sunday morning, January 10th, 2021 at Coosa Valley Healthcare in Sylacauga, AL.  Mrs. Harvey departed this walk of life to walk the streets paved with Gold and received her crown in glory. 

Mrs. Harvey confessed Christ at an early age.  She joined and was a faithful member of Pine Grove Missionary Baptist Church in Sylacauga, AL.  She worked until her retirement at Avondale Mills.  

She was preceded in death by her husband, James T. Harvey, Sr., three sons, Herbert Crosby, Anthony Harvey, William Fuller, two daughters, Cathy Crosby, and Mary Louise Fuller Dennis, her parents, John and Velma Cook, siblings, Seppie Cook Bailey, Louise Scott, Annie Cook, Lucy Cook Potter, William E. Cook, John A. Cook, Julius Cook, and John D. Cook.  

She leaves to cherish her loving memories nine sons, Leroy (Annie) Cook of Sylacauga, AL; John (Gladys) Cook of Goodwater, AL; James (Barbara) Harvey, Jr. of Childersburg, AL; Ralph Harvey of Childersburg, AL; Kenneth (Teresa) Harvey of Sylacauga, AL; Frank (Shirley) Fuller, Leonard (Linda) Fuller, Jeremiah Fuller, and Anthony (Elisha) Fuller all of Cleveland, OH; one sister, Mattie Cook of Milwaukee, WI; a special nieces, Linda (James) Cook of Sylacauga, AL; a special sister in law, Hester Cook of Jonesboro, GA; and a host of grandchildren, Great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
