Linda Faye McNeal

Linda Faye McNeal was born on August 23, 1962 to the parentage of the late Virgil Raye Jeffries and Mrs. Dorothy Foster Jefferies in Sylacauga, Alabama.

Mrs. McNeal accepted Christ as her Lord and Savior at an early age and united with Tallassahatchie Missionary Baptist Church, Childersburg, Alabama.

Along Linda’s life journey, she met and united in Holy Matrimony to the late Shelby McNeal, Sr. to this union one child was born, Shelby McNeal, Jr.

Linda Faye McNeal departed this walk of life on May 19, 2021 under the care of Brookwood Medical Center, Birmingham, Alabama.  She was preceded in death by her husband, Shelby McNeal, one son, Shelby McNeal.

Her love and precious memories will be cherish and remembered by her loving mother, Dorothy F. Jefferies of Childersburg, AL; one brother, Tony Jeffries of Sylacauga, AL; two sisters, Tonette (Prince Zebekyah) Spooner of Decatur, GA and Vickie (Derrick) Turner both of Atlanta, GA; two aunts, Lillia B. Jackson of Atlanta, GA; and Pastor Billie Crawford of Childersburg, AL;  one uncle, George Foster of Childersburg, AL; special nephew, Julius Jefferies, beloved cousin, Julia Wallace,  and a host of other relatives and friends.
