Michael Lewis Hale, Sr., affectionally known as Wolf by family and friends, earthly journey began on June 5, 1953 to the parents of Henry Jones Hale and Estella McMillian Hale in Sylacauga, Alabama.
At an early age Mike, accepted Christ as his Lord and Savior and united with Harper Springs Baptist Church, Sylacauga, Alabama. As a child, Mike “Wolf” was received his formal education at R.R. Moton High School, Sycamore, Alabama and later graduated at B.B. Comer Memorial High School, Sylacauga, Alabama.
Mike was a dedicated employee of Avondale Mills for many years and later was employed at Nemak of Alabam.
On September 18, 2023 Michael Lewis Hale, Sr. transitioned this walk of life under the great care of the doctors and nurses of Coosa Valley Medical Center, Sylacauga, Alabama. He was preceded in death his parents, Henry J. Hale and Estella McMillian Hale, two brothers, Jones J. (Sam) Hale and Dana Ray Hale.
His love and memories will forever be cherished by his loving family, two sons, Michael L. Hale, Jr. (Terri) and Byron Hale (Shawnie); two daughters Mercedes Sails and Makeyta Hale; one bonus daughter, Rondrekia Marbury; two brothers, Randall Hale and Willie Frank (Killer) Hale; three sisters, Irene N. Mack, Monalita (Ray Charles) Borden, and Gloria (Rev. Anthony) Dykes; one loved sister in law, Louise Hale; seven grandchildren, Keyshawn Hale, Kaleb Hale, Tahj Lee, Kobe Hale, Ananda Hale, Tra’Nasia Patterson, and Kashtyn Borden; one great grandchild, Ryley Player; and a host of nieces, nephews, and other relatives and friends.
