Queen Esther Jackson Obituary

Mrs. Queen Esther Jackson was born on June 21, 1934 to the parentage of the late Willie Lawson Clisby and Mary Ellen Ware.  Queen departed this walk of life on November 2, 2024 at the residence of her daughter, Fran Oden. 

Queen gave her life to Christ at an early age and joined, New Hope Baptist Church, Sylacauga, Alabama. She served as a faithful committed member until her health declined. 

Queen united in Holy Matrimony to our beloved father, Mozell Jackson who preceded her in death on October 15, 1998. 

Queen was preceded in death by her parents, husband, her two daughters, Minnie Lee Jackson, and Gwenda Faye Jackson, and one son, Willie Frank Jackson.   She leaves to cherish her loving memories, two sons, John (Glenda) Jackson of Sylacauga, AL, and Richard (Carol) Jackson of Tampa, FL; four daughters, Mary (Donnie) Leonard, Fran (Norman) Oden both of Sylacauga, AL, Debra Jackson, and Renita (Richard) Smith both of Montgomery, AL; two brothers, A.C. Ware and Benjamin (Shirley) Ware; one sister, Mary Thompson; and a host of grandchildren, great grandchildren, great great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
