Raymond Darrell Allen Obituary

Goodwater, Alabama - Raymond Darrell Allen was born on March 12, 1965, to the parentage of Mary Frances Perry and John Allen. He was also blessed with a devoted stepfather, Walker Perry, who helped guide and support him throughout his life.

Raymond was a beloved son, father, grandfather, great-grandfather, brother, and friend. He cherished his family deeply and found great joy in the time spent with his children and grandchildren.

He leaves to cherish his memories his loving children: Tamera Allen, Tosha Allen, Tia Marler, and Shellie McCeallon. He was a proud grandfather to Troy Plier, Alixis Tucker, Katlyn Tucker, Brittney Allen, and Hannah Allen. His legacy continues through his great-grandchildren: Bryson, Weston, Jadya, and Cathlyn “Katty.”

Raymond is also survived by his siblings: Chris Wesley Crawford Allen, Tommy Walker Perry, Dollis Faye Roberson, Billie Jean Jacks, Janice Sue Jacks, Linda Kay Pouge, Cathy Allen, Sheron Allen, and John Allen, Jr.

He was preceded in death by his brother, BJ James Earl Allen.

Raymond’s life was a testament to the importance of family bonds and enduring love. Though he will be deeply missed, his memory will forever remain in the hearts of those who knew and loved him.
