Ms. Tabatha Odet Parham affectionately known by family and friends as Tab, was born on January 13th, 1967, in Brooklyn, New York to the parentage of William Parham and Willie Mae Toney-Parham.
Parham received her formal education and later continued her education at the State University of New York where she graduated and received her Bachelor of Arts degree in 1995. And later she attended Fordham University where she graduated and received her Master of Social Worker in 2004.
She was a dedicated employee with Family and Therapeutic Services where she enjoyed counseling youth at B.B. Comer High School and Cheaha Mental Health Center in Sylacauga, Alabama. She also used her counseling skills at detention centers and prisons.
Ms. Parham departed this walk of life on February 5th, 2022, at her residence in Sylacauga, Alabama. She was preceded in death by her father, William Parham, mother, Willie Mae Toney-Parham, and grandparents, Norman Toney, Sr. and Annie L. Toney, and brother, Steven Parham, Sr.
Her love will forever be cherish by her Fiance’ Bernard McCain; brothers, Michael Parham, Sr. of Sylacauga, AL, and Kermitt Emerson of New York, NY; aunts, Mable Kidd, Shirley (Cecile) Woods, Gloria (Michael) Davis, all of Sylacauga, AL, Doris Kidd of McDonough, GA, Teresa (Ambrose) Piliporlor of Columbus, GA, Rev. Sandra (Rev. Theodis) Jordan of Hatchechubbee, AL; uncles, Norman (Brenda) Toney, Jr. of Chattanooga, TN, and Onzie Toney of Sylacauga, AL; two nieces, Antoinette Parham of California, and Nijha Parham of Richmond, VA; two nephews, Steven Parham, Jr. of New York, and Michael Parham, Jr. of Richmond, VA; best friend /sister, Cheryl Currie of New York; and a host of other relatives and friends.
