Tavarious Bernard Marbury

Childersburg, Alabama -  Tavarious Benard Marbury earthly journey began on February 19, 1979 in Sylacauga, Alabama.  Tavarious was the beloved son of Timothy Brown and Rita Marbury Mann.  He was affectionately known as Chicken by many friends and family.

At an early age Tavarious, accepted Christ as his Lord and Savior and united with Holiness Unto The Lord Tabernacle.  Later in life he was baptized at Jesus Saves Deliverance Temple, under the leadership of the late Pastor Polly A. Mickey. 

Tavarious received his education at Childersburg High School, where he excelled in academics and made many memories with classmates and friends.  He worked many years with Fleetwood Metal before being employed with Honda Manufacturing of Alabama.

Tavarious was a very encouraging bright gentleman, and didn't meet any strangers. He loved his family and friends dearly.

Tavarious departed this walk of life on August 10, 2024 under the care of Grandview Medical Center, Birmingham, Alabama, surrounded by family.  He was preceded in death by his brothers, Timothy Marbury (Biddy) and Trey Leonard Brown. 

His love will forever be cherished by his loving girlfriend, Lashanda Oden; loving son, Cavarious Armbrester; loving daughters, Ladaysha Armbrester, Trevan Armbrester, Trinity Cothian, and Taylor Cunningham; his loving mother, Rita (Elvis) Mann; loving father, Timothy (Cathy) Brown; loving brothers, Courtney (Racquel) Leonard, and Timothy Brown, Jr.; grandchildren, Amari Armbrester, and Nyomi Twyman; step children, Taniya, Brooklyn, and Ka’Mariyn; and a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
