Tommie Lee Stallworth, Jr. Obituary

Tommie Lee Stallworth, Jr. was born on February 8, 1953 in Sylacauga, Alabama.  Tommie was the beloved son of Tommie Lee Stallworth, Sr. and Mary Alice Stallworth who both preceded him in death.  He accepted Christ as his Lord and Savior at a young age and united with Rising Star Missionary Baptist Church, Sylacauga, Alabama. 

Tommie received his education at the East Highland High School, Sylacauga, Alabama.  Shortly after graduating he began working and was employed at Avondale Mills, Inc. for many years, and later was employed with Super Value until his retirement. 

Tommie departed this walk of life on July 12, 2024 while under the care of Coosa Valley Medical Center, Sylacauga, Alabama.  In Heaven he will reunite with his parents, Tommie Lee and Mary Alice Stallworth, two sisters, Pamela Stallworth and Sylvia Stallworth, two nephews, Shaquan Jackson and Leroy Allen. 

Tommie’s memories will be cherished by his brother, Rev. Roderick (Latoya) Stallworth; nieces and nephews, Timothy Stallworth, Tabitha Stallworth, Tristian Powell, Cynthia McGregor, Roderick Jackson, Roderick Allen, Soriah Taggot, Damont Allen, Kayla Taggot and OL Taggot; great nieces and nephews, Gary McGregor, Antonio McGregor, Ni Ni Powell, Tristian Powell, Christian Powell, Chloe Powell, Ri Allen Jackson, and Si Allen; and a host of other relatives and friends.
