Remembering the life of Vanessa Ann Brookin- Wilson of Alexander City, AL was born to the parentage of the late Jimmy Brookins and the late Raycene Rogers- Brookins in Sylacauga, Alabama. 

On, December 30, 2020, Mrs. Vanessa A. Wilson departed this life at Goodwater Nursing Home, Goodwater, AL.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Timothy Wilson, son, Anteron Wilson, parents, Jimmy (Raycene) Brookins, siblings, Janice Brookins, Brady Brookins, and Harold Brookins, grandmother, Ida Rogers. 

Mrs. Wilson leaves to cherish her memories, four children, Laquina (Ronald) Tuck, Crystal Huntley, both of Alexander City, AL; Timothy Wilson of Sylacauga, AL; and Lonnie Wilson of Elmore County, AL; two sister, Barbara Brookins of Childersburg, AL; and Susan (Kerry) Barkley of Sylacauga, AL; four brothers, Rev. Donnie (Felicia) Brookins of Alexander City, AL; Tony Rogers of Anniston, AL; Johnny (Cheryl) Brookins of Portland, OR; and Larry Brookins of Sylacauga, AL; one aunt, Mamie Cook of Portland, OR; two uncles, Johnny (Annie Mae) Rogers of Sylacauga, AL; and Clarence (Margaret) Rogers of Portland, OR; six grandchildren, two great grandchildren; and a host of other relative and friends.
