Mr. Lawler departed this walk of life on August 13, 2020 at his resident, Sycamore, AL.

He leaves to cherish his loving memories, a loving wife, Sallie H. Lawler of Sycamore, AL;  two sons, William A. Lawler of Sycamore, AL; Rodrick E. (Amy) Lawler of Talladega, AL; two special daughters / granddaughters, Keyunda (Damarious Carter) Lawler and Latasha Lawler both of Sycamore, AL; one sister, Catherine Player of Detroit, MI; two brother in laws, Mitchell (Ella) Swain of Birmingham, AL; and Frank Miller of Talladega, AL; three sister in laws, Virginia Ousley, Carolyn Miller both of Talladega, AL; and Carol Patterson of Childersburg, AL; five grandchildren, Jada Lawler, Kaylain Lawler, Destiny Lawler, Christian Cook, and Ciara Cook; great grandchildren, Zai’miya (MiMi) Hale, Zaedyn (Zae Zae) Lawler; and a host of other relatives and friends.
