Yvonne Diane Kidd Miller

Yvonne “Diane” Kidd-Miller earthly journey began on March 14, 1956 in Talladega County, Alabama.  To the parents of M.L. Kidd and Bessie Mae Ware Kidd.

Diane was educated in Sylacauga, Alabama at East Highland School and B.B. Comer Memorial High School.  She was employed at Mars White Knight Manufacturing Corporation for many years until her retirement. 

Yvonne was a lifelong member of New Hope Missionary Baptist Church, Sylacauga, AL. She served faithfully as an Usher and worked with the Youth Department for many years. She brought joy to the lives of others with her floral designs and wreaths.

Diane departed this walk of life on May 15, 2024. She was preceded in death by Cleve Ware Sr., Lucille Ware, Verdia Mae Kidd, Michael B. Kidd, Lovella Parks, and Jordan Mathews.

She leaves to cherish her memories her loving mother, Bessie Kidd; loving daughter, Felicia (John) Kidd-Dancy, loving son, Zachary B. Kidd; grandchildren, Carissa Kidd, Christopher Kidd Sr., Myisha (Fabeon) Morris, Elijah (Sariah) Mickey, Zavius Kidd, Alexus Kidd, MyKaela White, Zacharya Kidd; Great- Grandchildren, Don’Terius Swain, Christopher Kidd Jr., Amarian Kidd, Cherish Kidd, JaBraven Morris; sisters, Hattie Burn, Mildred (Rodney) Funderburg, Sheila Kidd (Victor); brothers, Timothy (Pearl) Kidd, Johnnie (Stacia) Kidd, Joe Simmons, Tony (Linda) Kidd, Michael (LaKesha) Kidd, Cedric Kidd and Dale Riggins and a host of nieces, nephews and cousins. Sister/Cousin, Jeanette Ware-Powell and Best Friend Angela Snipe and other relatives and friends.
